TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ICPHOTOSINGAPORE+ APP

Welcome to ICPhotoSingapore+ ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using ICPhotoSingapore+, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services within the App.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND ADVERTISEMENTS

Firebase Analytics Usage:
ICPhotoSingapore+ uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous app usage data for the sole purpose of improving functionality and performance. This includes general metrics such as screen visits, app opens, and device types. No personally identifiable information (such as name, photo content, contact details, or device identifiers like IDFA) is collected or stored.

Ad Personalization:
The App does not use Firebase or any other service to display personalized advertisements, and no user data is shared for marketing or advertising purposes.

No Data Collection:
Currently, ICPhotoSingapore+ does not collect or store any personal data from users.

Future Data Collection:
In the future, ICPhotoSingapore+ may collect limited user data to enhance app experience (e.g., preferences or feature usage). If that occurs, it will be clearly disclosed through an updated privacy policy, and users will be informed and asked for consent in accordance with applicable laws.

Advertisements:
ICPhotoSingapore+ may display general advertisements in the future to support the app’s development and maintenance. If advertisements are introduced, they will not be personalized using any user-specific data. By continuing to use the app, you consent to this possibility.

3. USE OF THE APP

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update your information as necessary.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to ICPhotoSingapore+ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. USER CONTENT

You may upload or submit content (e.g., photos, comments) to the App. By submitting content, you grant ICPhotoSingapore+ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You are responsible for the content you upload and ensure it does not violate any laws, including copyright or privacy rights.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND NO LEGAL ACTIONS

No Legal Actions:
ICPhotoSingapore+ is provided at a low charge and offers a one-year validity. The App allows unlimited photo-taking during this period. If any photos do not meet the expected results, users can retake the photos based on the instructions provided within the app. No legal actions can be taken against the app or its owner for any issues related to photos that do not turn out as expected.

Limitations by Device or Software:
The app may be limited by factors such as the user’s hardware (e.g., older models or incompatible devices), operating system limitations, or other technical constraints. Users understand that these limitations may affect performance, and no legal claims can be made against ICPhotoSingapore+ for such limitations.

8. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Use the App to upload, post, or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  
  

• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overload the App's infrastructure.
  
  

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
  
  

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled or operated by ICPhotoSingapore+. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
